Printer Preventative Maintenance
An important step in avoiding break/fix situations is preventative maintenance. PM is prescheduled service that helps maintain the printer as well a maximize the device’s life cycle. It also reduces costly downtime, sometimes dramatically. Preventative Maintenance can be scheduled monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually, or a customized schedule can be created to fit specific needs or environments. |
